The V1R Copper to Fibre PoE powered Ethernet module is designed to convert 1000Base-T to 1000Base-LX. It is be selected for installations where customer are using single core, Single-Mode Fibre Cabling. It has a reach of 20KM reach and pairs with the V1R-1.25G-BXU-20KM module or an MSA Certified SFP that has a data rate 1000BaseLX @ TX1310nm/RX1550nm.

When pairing BiDi Modules the TX and the RX must be opposing. A link will not be established if the modules wavelengths are the same. The V1R-1.25G-BXD-20KM wavelengths are TX1550nm/RX1310nm.

The Module can either be powered by a PoE powered port or via the USC-C port. Additional accessories are available for customers that have tight space requirements.
